- 33Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments, products, packages and other services provided by Tajmeel by Amna, operating from 101 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1QU, and through home visits.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or attending the clinic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them. We recommend keeping a copy for your future reference.
Use of our website is also covered by our Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1 Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you have received confirmation from Tajmeel by Amna.
- We may require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. Where a deposit is required, the amount will be confirmed before payment.
- Any booking deposit paid will normally be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where a client fails to attend, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the booking deposit to the extent reasonably necessary to cover losses arising from the cancellation or non-attendance.
- Any cancellation charge or amount retained will be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
- Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in us requiring full or partial payment in advance before accepting further bookings.
- Appointments cannot be transferred to another person without our prior agreement.
2 Late Arrivals
- Please arrive approximately 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment where possible to allow sufficient time for consultation, paperwork and preparation.
- If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide your treatment within the remaining appointment time.
- Arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled where there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment safely or without affecting other clients.
- Where a late arrival prevents the appointment from proceeding, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
- We will never shorten a treatment in a way that we consider could compromise your safety.
3 Cancellations by Tajmeel by Amna
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to practitioner illness, equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel an appointment, you will be offered either:
- a replacement appointment;
- a credit towards another suitable appointment; or
- a refund of any amount paid for the treatment that we are unable to provide.
We will not be responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation, childcare or loss of earnings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
4 Online and Telephone Bookings
Where an appointment, package or service is purchased online, by telephone or by another distance-selling method, any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer legislation will continue to apply.
Where you specifically request that a service begins during any applicable statutory cancellation period, different rules may apply once the service has begun or has been completed.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes any cancellation or refund rights that you may have under applicable consumer law.
5 Home Visits
Some treatments may be available as a home visit, subject to availability and suitability.
- Home visits must be arranged in advance, and any additional charges for a home visit will be confirmed before your booking is made.
- You will need to provide a clean, private, well-lit space suitable for treatment.
- The same consultation, consent, suitability and aftercare requirements apply to home visits as to appointments at the clinic.
- Our cancellation, late arrival and payment terms also apply to home visits.
- We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment at a home visit where the practitioner considers the environment is not suitable or safe for treatment.
6 Consultations and Treatment Suitability
- A consultation may be required before treatment.
- During your consultation, we may discuss your medical history, treatment objectives, suitability, available alternatives, expected outcomes, potential side effects, risks and aftercare.
- A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
- We reserve the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment where a practitioner considers that treatment would be unsuitable, unsafe, medically inappropriate or unlikely to meet reasonable expectations.
- We may also recommend that you obtain advice or clearance from your GP, specialist or another healthcare professional before proceeding.
- Where we determine before treatment that you are unsuitable for a procedure, any treatment payment will be dealt with fairly having regard to the circumstances and any services already provided.
7 Consent
No treatment will be carried out without appropriate consent. Clients must have sufficient opportunity to ask questions and consider the information provided before proceeding. By consenting to treatment, you confirm that:
- you have provided accurate information to the best of your knowledge;
- you have had an opportunity to ask questions;
- the nature of the proposed treatment has been explained to you;
- relevant risks, side effects and limitations have been discussed;
- you understand that results cannot be guaranteed; and
- you are choosing to proceed voluntarily.
You may withdraw your consent before a treatment is performed. Any financial consequences of cancelling an appointment will remain subject to these Terms and applicable consumer law.
8 Age Restrictions and Identification
Clients may be asked to provide valid photographic identification where age verification is necessary.
In line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, Tajmeel by Amna does not provide or arrange cosmetic anti-wrinkle or dermal filler injections for anyone under the age of 18.
Parental or guardian consent does not override legal age restrictions applicable to cosmetic injectable treatments.
We may impose an age restriction of 18 or over for additional treatments where we consider this appropriate for clinical, professional, insurance or safety reasons.
9 Medical Information
It is essential that you provide complete and accurate information about your health before receiving treatment. You must tell your practitioner about any relevant:
- medical conditions;
- illnesses;
- allergies;
- medications;
- supplements;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding;
- previous cosmetic or surgical procedures;
- previous adverse reactions;
- skin conditions;
- infections;
- medical devices or implants; and
- other information that could reasonably affect treatment suitability or safety.
You must notify us if any relevant information changes between your consultation and treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase treatment risks and may affect our ability to safely provide treatment.
10 Treatment Results
The response to cosmetic and aesthetic treatments varies between individuals. Factors including anatomy, age, skin condition, lifestyle, metabolism, medical history, previous treatments and adherence to aftercare may affect the outcome.
Photographs, examples, testimonials and before-and-after images are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same result. We do not guarantee:
- a particular cosmetic outcome;
- identical results between clients;
- a specific duration of results; or
- that further treatment will not be required.
Your practitioner will provide more specific information relevant to your chosen treatment.
11 Treatment Reviews and Additional Treatment
Following your treatment, you can request a review appointment free of charge.
A review appointment does not automatically include free additional treatment. Whether any additional treatment is clinically appropriate will be determined by the practitioner following assessment.
Where additional product or treatment is requested beyond what was originally purchased, an additional charge may apply.
Any complimentary adjustment expressly included with a particular treatment must be taken within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of treatment.
12 Risks, Side Effects and Complications
All aesthetic and beauty procedures may involve potential side effects or complications. The nature and likelihood of these will vary depending on the treatment and the individual.
Relevant risks will be discussed with you as part of the consultation and consent process.
You must contact Tajmeel by Amna promptly if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment.
In a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111. Do not wait for a response from the clinic.
For concerns after your treatment outside clinic hours, message us on WhatsApp on 07888 777073.
13 Pre-Care and Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the preparation and aftercare advice provided by their practitioner. Aftercare instructions may vary depending on the treatment.
Failure to follow reasonable aftercare instructions may:
- increase the risk of complications;
- affect recovery;
- alter the treatment outcome; or
- make additional corrective treatment unsuitable.
Please contact the clinic if you are uncertain about any aftercare instruction.
14 Payments
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full on the day of treatment.
- Deposits and online payments are taken securely through our booking system, Setmore.
- We may accept debit cards, credit cards, contactless payments, cash or other payment methods made available by the clinic.
- Prices shown on our website or promotional materials may be updated from time to time.
- The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed before treatment is carried out.
- We will not increase the agreed price of a treatment after it has been performed.
- Additional treatments or products requested by a client may incur additional charges.
15 Packages and Courses
Where treatments are purchased as a package or course:
- payment terms will be explained before purchase;
- the package is for the treatments specified at the time of purchase;
- appointments remain subject to availability;
- treatments must normally be used within any validity period clearly disclosed at the time of purchase; and
- packages are personal to the client unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If you become medically unsuitable for the remaining treatments, please contact us so that the circumstances can be reviewed.
Any refund, credit or alternative arrangement will depend on the circumstances, the services already supplied and your statutory rights.
16 Deposits, Refunds and Statutory Rights
Booking deposits and advance payments are subject to applicable consumer law.
Where you cancel an appointment, we may retain an amount that reasonably reflects losses caused by the cancellation where permitted by law. We will not impose disproportionate cancellation charges or retain payments where doing so would be unlawful.
Once a treatment has been properly performed, a refund will not ordinarily be available simply because you change your mind or because the cosmetic outcome differs from your personal preference.
However, this does not affect your legal rights where a service has not been supplied with the standard required by law or where you otherwise have a statutory remedy.
Where we agree that a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
17 Gift Vouchers
Where gift vouchers are offered:
- the expiry date will be stated on the voucher or at the time of purchase;
- vouchers have no cash redemption value except where required by law;
- vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- lost or stolen vouchers may only be replaced where we can verify the original purchase; and
- use of a voucher remains subject to treatment suitability and availability.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18 Promotions and Special Offers
Promotions are subject to the terms stated with the relevant offer. The terms of our current offers, including Refer a Friend and Bring a Bestie, are set out on our Offers page.
Unless the terms of a particular offer state otherwise:
- offers cannot be combined with another promotion or discount;
- promotional appointments remain subject to availability;
- offers are valid only for the advertised period;
- promotional prices apply only to qualifying treatments; and
- treatment remains subject to consultation and suitability.
We may amend or withdraw a promotion before a qualifying purchase is completed.
Where a promotion has already formed part of a confirmed contract, we will honour the agreed terms unless a change is permitted by law or agreed with the client.
19 Client Conduct
Tajmeel by Amna is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for clients, practitioners and staff. Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intimidating, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or discontinue non-emergency services;
- ask an individual to leave the premises; or
- decline future bookings,
where reasonably necessary to protect staff, practitioners, clients or the clinic. This will be exercised proportionately and will not unlawfully discriminate against any person.
20 Children and Guests
Due to the nature of our treatments and the need to maintain a safe clinical environment, clients should avoid bringing children to appointments wherever possible.
Guests may be asked to remain in a reception or waiting area during treatment. We may restrict access to treatment rooms for reasons of:
- privacy;
- infection control;
- safety;
- confidentiality; or
- practitioner discretion.
Where a client reasonably requires a companion, carer, interpreter or other support person, please contact us before the appointment so appropriate arrangements can be considered.
21 Photography and Treatment Records
Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate as part of treatment assessment, monitoring or record keeping.
Where photographs or videos are proposed for advertising, social media, promotional or other public use, separate permission will be requested.
Declining consent for promotional use of photographs will not affect your ability to receive treatment. Promotional photographs will not be published without the appropriate permission.
22 Privacy and Data Protection
Tajmeel by Amna processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy. Information we may process includes:
- contact information;
- appointment records;
- consultation information;
- health and medical information;
- treatment records;
- photographs where appropriate;
- payment information; and
- communications with the clinic.
Health information is treated with particular care because of its sensitive nature.
Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information about how and why your information is processed, retention periods, sharing, your data protection rights and how to contact us about your personal information.
Marketing communications will be sent only where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so, and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
23 Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of client information and treatment records. Information may be shared where:
- you have authorised us to do so;
- sharing is reasonably necessary for your care or treatment;
- we use an authorised service provider acting on our behalf;
- we are legally required to disclose information; or
- disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
24 Personal Belongings
Clients remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending the clinic. Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to your appointment.
We will take reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
25 Equipment and Treatment Availability
Certain treatments depend on the availability of specific practitioners, products or equipment.
We may substitute equipment or products only where the alternative is appropriate, safe and does not materially alter the treatment agreed with you without your consent.
If a treatment cannot reasonably be provided as agreed, we will discuss appropriate alternatives, rescheduling or a refund where applicable.
26 Complaints and Feedback
We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate.

Website: www.byamna.co.uk
Please provide your name, appointment date and sufficient information for us to investigate your concern.
We aim to deal with complaints fairly, professionally and within a reasonable period. Nothing in our complaints procedure prevents you from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
27 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing is intended to exclude or restrict liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for loss or adverse outcomes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by a client's failure to provide accurate relevant information or follow reasonable treatment instructions, except where the loss was also caused by our own breach of duty or negligence.
28 Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide a service where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, utility failure, building emergencies, practitioner illness, government restrictions or significant equipment failure.
Where such circumstances prevent us from providing a paid treatment, we will take reasonable steps to offer rescheduling, credit or a refund as appropriate.
29 Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep treatment descriptions, prices and information on our website accurate and up to date.
Website information is provided for general information and does not replace an individual consultation or personalised professional advice. Treatment suitability can only be determined following appropriate assessment.
If there is an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may correct it before a contract is concluded. See our Website Disclaimer for more information.
30 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The version applying to your booking will generally be the version in effect when your booking or purchase is made, unless a later change is required by law or agreed between us.
The most recent version will be available on our website.
31 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
32 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where you are a consumer, you will retain any rights you have under applicable law regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
33 Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking or purchasing a service from Tajmeel by Amna, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions.
Your acceptance of these Terms does not waive or reduce any statutory rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
