The area is cleansed and carefully marked. Numbing isn't usually needed, as the needle is very fine.

A tiny injection is placed on each side of the nose, just above the upper lip.

- Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the area for 24 hours.

Is it suitable for everyone?
It isn't suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a neuromuscular condition, or have an infection in the area. Some medications may also need checking, so Amna will go through your medical history with you first.
