Questions
Frequently asked
Why do temples hollow?
As we age, we naturally lose fat and bone volume in the temples. Weight loss and exercise can also make them look more hollow.
Can it be combined with cheek filler?
Yes. Temples and cheeks are often treated together to restore the upper face. Read about cheek filler.
When will I see results?
You'll see a difference straight away. Some swelling is normal at first, and your final result settles after around two weeks.
How long does it last?
Results typically last around twelve to eighteen months.
Does it hurt?
Most people find it very manageable. Numbing cream is applied first, and most fillers contain a local anaesthetic, so the area becomes numb as treatment goes on.
Is it suitable for everyone?
By law, dermal filler can't be given to anyone under 18. It also isn't suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have an infection in the area, or have an allergy to any of the ingredients. Amna will check your medical history first.
