Is a lip flip the same as lip filler?
No. Lip filler adds volume, whereas a lip flip relaxes the muscle so your own lip shows a little more. Read about lip filler.
Will it affect drinking or speaking?
A careful, small dose is used. Some people notice drinking through a straw or saying certain sounds feels slightly different for the first few days, which usually settles.
When will I see results?
You'll usually start to notice a difference within three to five days, with the full result at around two weeks.
How long does it last?
Results typically last around two to three months, as the lip muscle is used so often. This varies from person to person.
Do I need a consultation?
Yes. Anti-wrinkle treatment is a prescription-only medicine, so it's only ever given after a face-to-face consultation. Amna will assess you, check your medical history and make sure it's right for you.
Is it suitable for everyone?
It isn't suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a neuromuscular condition, or have an infection in the area. Some medications may also need checking, so Amna will go through your medical history with you first.
